Philip is happy to engage in a no-commitment preliminary session with prospective clients or HR/line managers. The purpose of such a session would be to explore objectives, describe the process and establish whether there is good potential, including rapport, for a future relationship.

Programmes can be tailor-made for each client, but typically would comprise 8-12 sessions of 1½ - 2 hours. A variety of coaching/career management tools may be used in the sessions, including psychometrics, various feedback tools, self-perception/perception by others, influencing models, conflict management, values and beliefs inventories, and leadership competencies.

Philip encourages the setting of measurable organisational objectives when an organisational sponsor is involved, consistent with the need for client/coach confidentiality.
